Terms of use
Last updated: 11 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and EverPrime ("we", "us"), which runs EverPrime Edu at edu.everprime.in. By creating an account, buying or using a course, you accept them.
1. The service
EverPrime Edu offers online technical courses for interview preparation: lessons, code, downloadable notes (PDFs) and interview questions, delivered through your account.
2. Who can buy
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian accept these terms for you.
3. Your account and sign-in
You sign in with your email address and a one-time code or link sent to it. Keep access to your email secure. Your account is for you alone: a course may be opened on a limited number of devices, and sharing access or login codes may lead to suspension without refund.
4. Buying a course
Prices are shown before payment and include GST where it applies. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not receive your card or bank details. Access starts once the payment is confirmed and lasts for the period shown when you buy. If no period is shown, access lasts as long as we offer the course.
5. Your licence to the content
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to view the course material and download its notes for your own study. You may not copy, publish, share, resell or upload the material elsewhere, or use it to train AI models. Downloaded notes may carry your account details.
6. Refunds
See the Refund and cancellation policy: a refund is available within 7 days of purchase if you have opened less than 20% of the course.
7. No guarantee of results
Courses help you prepare; they do not guarantee interviews, job offers, salaries or exam results. See the Disclaimer.
8. Acceptable use
Do not scrape or bulk-download the site, bypass device or access limits, or attempt to break its security.
9. Changes to courses
We update courses to keep them current and may add, change or remove modules. If we withdraw a paid course during your access period, we refund the unused portion or give comparable access.
10. Intellectual property
All course content, code samples, notes and designs belong to us or our licensors. Names of companies, products and technologies belong to their owners; we are not affiliated with them unless stated.
11. Limit of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned.
12. Suspension and closing an account
We may suspend access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, such as sharing access or redistributing content. You can ask us to close your account at any time.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to us first (see Contact). Courts at the place of our address shown there have jurisdiction, subject to your rights under consumer protection law.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Changes do not reduce access you have already paid for.
